平衡能力不僅是人類動作發展的核心,而且是生活或運動表現上不可或缺的要素。聽覺障礙者因聽力損失之影響,相較於正常人有較差的平衡表現。目前國內關於運動介入影響聽覺障礙者的研究甚少,因此本文以文獻回顧的方式整理近年來國內外探討聽覺障礙者平衡能力表現與運動介入對其平衡能力發展的影響。結果表明不同類型的運動有助於提升聽覺障礙者的平衡能力表現。目前仍需要更多促進聽覺障礙者平衡能力的相關研究,以便於提供教練、選手、體育教師與運科研究人員於訓練、教學與研究上的參考。

英文摘要

Balance is not only the core of the development of motor skills in human, but also an indispensable element in life or athletic performance. People with hearing impairment have worse balance performance than ordinary people. However, little research has been done on the effects of exercise intervention on the hearing-impaired children and adolescents in Taiwan. Therefore, this article provides literature review on the influence of balance performance and exercise intervention on the hearing-impaired people in recent years. The results show that different types of exercise can improve the balance performance for children with hearing impairment. Relevant researches are needed to improve balance ability in individuals in different age groups and different severity of hearing disability. The article offers some information and suggestions for schools, coaches, and special education authorities to arrange exercise programs for individuals with hearing impairment.
