中文摘要

至今為止,常規X射線(X-ray)照相技術仍廣泛的應用於醫療場域,為各種疾病,特別是在骨骼關節方面的問題,提供了重要的先期診斷和後續治療重要依據。在臨床各項骨骼與關節的X射線攝影檢查中,有的X光管(X-ray tube)不打角度,中心射束(CR)垂直影像接收器(IR)的平面,有些需要調整X光管角度,中心射束不垂直影像接收器。本實驗採用中心射束垂直和打角度的方式對於模擬的骨骼和關節構造進行X射線照射成像,證實中心射束垂直於實體(骨骼)結構長軸及中心射束平行空隙(關節間隙)長軸,對於常規放射成像有正面的成效。這說明了中心射束垂直實體目標和平行空隙目標,是常規骨骼及關節攝影成像技術的重要原則。

英文摘要

Until now, general X-ray radiographic technology is still widely used in clinical diagnosis, especially for bones and joints diseases. In various X-ray imaging examinations of bones and joints, some of the central rays (CR) are perpendicular to the plane of the image receptor (IR). Some of them need to angle the X-ray tube, then the center ray is not perpendicular to the image receptor. In this experiment, X-ray imaging was performed on the simulated bone and joint structure with the central ray perpendicular or angled. Our conclusion is that the central ray was perpendicular to the long axis of the solid (bone) structure or the central ray was directed and parallel to the central axis of the joint space, which has a positive effect on general radiography (X-ray).
