中文摘要

超臨界二氧化碳染色技術已從實驗室階段發展到中型量產的階段,由於現有超臨界二氧化碳染色可選用的染料數量較少,本研究特別取用Dianix AC-E淺三原分散染料做分析和比較。研究中使用純化及未純化之分散染料做二氧化碳法染色,比較其相對上色率,並且同時比較超臨界二氧化碳染色與水染之水洗牢度,耐水牢度,耐汗酸鹼牢度及耐磨擦牢度的差異。本研究發現在超臨界二氧化碳染色中,去分散劑Dianix Blue AC-E01一次上色率94.499%,去分散劑Dianix Blue AC-E一次上色率為74.205%,和去分散劑Dianix Yellow AC-E一次上色率為53.667%,推論Dianix Blue AC-E01染料較適合在超臨界二氧化碳染色。也發現超臨界二氧化碳染色後是否做還原洗對其染色堅牢度並無影響。從染色堅牢度的結果得知,除染料Dianix Red AC-E01和Dianix Blue AC-E在耐水洗牢度對尼龍纖維染污3-4級偏低外,其餘各項染色堅牢度均可達到4-5級以上。

英文摘要

The technology of supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing has developed from laboratorial stage to medium production stage. Because there are less colorants that supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing can choose, we especially use Dianix AC-E trichromatic disperse dyes to analysis and compare in this research. In this study, purified and unpurified disperse dyes were used for supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing, comparison of the relative rate of dye uptake, and also compared the differences of dyed polyester fabric on washing fastness, water fastness, perspiration fastness and rubbing fastness using supercritical carbon dioxide and traditional aqueous dyeing. The result showed that dye uptake of de-dispersant Dianix Red AC-E01 was 94.499%, dye uptake of de-dispersant Dianix Blue AC-E was 74.205% and dye uptake of de-dispersant Dianix Yellow AC-E was 53.667% at first time in supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing. Therefore, Dianix Red AC-E01 dye is suitable for dyeing in supercritical carbon dioxide. Moreover, it was not need to reduction clearing for dyed polyester fabric, and it seem to have no effect on color fastness. From the results of dyeing fastness, in addition to dye Dianix Red AC-E01 and Dianix Blue AC-E on nylon staining of the washing fastness is lower about 3-4 grade, the other of the dyeing fastness can reach more than 4-5 grades.
