基於現代電磁波造成對人體的影響,例如新陳代謝改變、癌症、血壓升高、免疫力降低、中風、心律不整、等等症狀,現代人又有長期久坐造成血液循環不良的現象,本研究使用奈納鍺粗紗與不鏽鋼長絲製作為包芯紗,並將其製成衣物,因奈納鍺纖維具有釋放負離子、活血等功效,不鏽鋼長絲具有電磁屏蔽的效果。本研究改變包芯紗之撚數以8、9、10、11、12TPI製成紗線,並進行拉伸強力測試、實體顯微鏡、紗線包埋、支數測試,探討TPI對紗線之影響,評估最適合製成衣物之紗線TPI。
Electromagnetic waves have negative influences on human’s health as in metabolism, cancer, blood pressure, immunity, apoplexy, arrhythmiaand etc. Besides, modern people also suffer from poor blood circulation due to the sedentary working/living style. Therefore, in this study, core-spun yarns that are composed of NA/Ge rovings and stainless steelfilaments are made into fabrics. NA/Ge rovings release negative ions and improve blood circulation, while stainless steelfilaments help with electromagnetic screen. Made with different numbers of twists (i.e. 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 TPI), the core-spun yarns are then measured for tensile strength, entrapment, and counts as well as observed by a microscope, thereby examining the influence of TPI on the performances of the yarns. At last, the optimal TPI is determined for the production of clothing.
