主要製備二氧化鋯溶膠、甲基三甲氧基矽烷(MTMS)與雜環噻唑染料之混成材料。先利用N,N二甲基苯胺為偶合鹽,而用乙醯苯、硫代尿素及碘以隔水加熱迴流方式反應合成所得噻唑單體當作重氮鹽,兩者於冰浴下行偶合反應得雜環噻唑系偶氮染料。進而將噻唑染料與乙烯基三乙氧基矽烷反應當作前驅體,前驅體與不同比例的正丙醇鋯以及前驅體與不同比例的正丙醇鋯及甲基三甲氧基矽烷,反應中先產生水解之後再行聚縮合反應製得混成材。再藉由FT-IR、29Si-NMR與EDS等儀器分析其化學結構與成分。
A series of some novel zirconia/MTMS/thiazole containing active group azo dyes hybrid materials prepared via sol-gel process with VTES as precursor has been synthesized from zirconium propanoxide and MTMS with thiazole containing active group azo dyes. Alternatively, the heterocyclic thiazole containing active group azo dyes processed with hydrolysis-condensation reaction by the constant ratio of VTES and zirconium propanoxide and MTMS in appropriate proportion under catalyst. The structures of these hybrid materials were carried out by FTIR, 29Si-NMR and EDS analysis.
