本研究使用連續式介電質屏蔽放電大氣電漿處理機,每分鐘可處理幅寬2公尺、處理速度每分鐘0-40公尺、厚度3毫米以內之布料、每組5支電擊共4組,每支電擊輸出功率為每秒2000瓦。實驗處理之布料為未經氯化處理的藍色P/W(55/45)梭織布,樣本1雙面處裡兩組電擊,樣本2雙面處理四組電擊。處理後以掃描式電子顯微鏡放大100倍觀察藍色P/W梭織布原布、樣本1、樣本2,外觀相比並無異樣。在3000倍下觀察時,樣本2羊毛表面受離子轟擊及臭氧氧化,在電漿處理時間4.5秒下,毛鱗有被破壞的現象,聚酯纖維部分則無明顯差異。毛鱗破壞後降低方向摩擦效應,可以達到羊毛防縮的效果。水洗收縮原布為1.5%、樣本1為 0.5%、樣本2為0.5%,水洗收縮率降低1%。經大氣電漿處理後之原布、樣本、樣本2在經向撕裂強力與緯向撕裂強力,沒有明顯的差異。研究結果顯示連續式大氣電漿對於羊毛防縮有一定的作用,值得產業界開發此一環保的後整理加工技術。

英文摘要

This experiment used a continuous dielectric barrier discharge atmospheric plasma (Dielectric Barrier Discharge, DBD) system to look for a new way for eliminating or reducing the scale of wool. The air plasma machine has the width of 2 meters treating zone and can run in the speed of 0-40m/min. Each modulus has 5 electrodes, totally four modules was mounted onto machine. Each electrode output 2000 watts power. The fabric used in this experiment was a blue P/W (55/45) woven fabric. Two sets of electric shocks on both sides of the sample 1(S1) and four sets of electric shocks on both sides of the sample 2 (S2). After treatment, the blue P/W woven fabric was observed by scanning electron microscope at a magnification of 100 times. The results showed under 100 times of SEM, all the samples did not show significant difference, but under 3000 times of SEM, the treatment time was 4.5 seconds, wool part was damaged due to ion bombardment but not polyester. The washing shrinkage of original PW fabric was 1.5% compared with 0.5% of S1 and S2 due to direction friction effect (DFE). Breaking strength of all the samples did not show any significant difference. The result reveals the certain degree of effectiveness of wool blended fabric, and it is worthwhile for the textile industry to develop further technology of this eco-friendly treatment.
