本次研究以4支橘色分散性染料(O-30、O-61、O-73、O-288)分別進行水染及超臨界CO2染色,染色後再以測色儀測定其上色率,並評估其水洗及摩擦牢度。研究發現在超臨界二氧化碳染色中,去分散劑O-30一次上色率88.17%,去分散劑O-61一次上色率為75.55%,去分散劑O-73一次上色率為60.94%,去分散劑O-288一次上色率為76.86%,推論O-30染料較適合在超臨界二氧化碳染色,同時也發現O-73染料並不適合用於超臨界二氧化碳染色,因K/S值未達水染的1%。從染色堅牢度的結果得知,除染料O-73進行8%濕磨擦時,與其他染料相比,褪色率較高,染色堅牢度為3-4級偏低外,其餘各項染色堅牢度均可達到4-5級以上。

英文摘要

In this study, we used four orange disperse dyes (O-30, O-61, O-73, O-288) for water dyeing and supercritical CO2 dyeing, and then dyed and measured by colorimeter. Rate and evaluate its water wash and rubbing fastness. In this study, in the supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing, the de-dispersing agent O-30 has a primary coloring rate of 88.17%, the de-dispersing agent O-61 has a primary coloring rate of 75.55%, the de-dispersing agent O-73 has a primary coloring rate of 60.94% ,and the de-dispersing agent O-288 has a primary coloring rate of 76.86%. It is inferred that the O-30 dye is more suitable for supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing. It is also found that the O-73 dye is not suitable for supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing because the K/S value is not up to 1% of water staining. According to the results of dyeing fastness, in addition to dye 8% wet rubbing, compared with other dyes, the color drop rate is higher, the 3-4 grade is lower, and the other dyeing fastness can reach 4-5 grade or above.
