超臨界萃取中使用中最多的是二氧化碳,它不但因為臨界值相對較低易於操作,而且具有一系列優點:化學性質不活潑,不易與被萃取溶質起反應;無毒、無嗅、無味,不會有二次污染;容易得到高純度,價格適中,本研究以超臨界二氧化碳剝色在不同溫度與壓力設定下的對於藍色和綠色聚酯染色的織物之剝色可行性探討,便於廣泛使用,結果顯示在聚酯布料的剝色處理上,溫度須高過80℃才會有明顯的脫色效果,而在相同溫度條件下,壓力的提升可以使染料更加容易溶解於CO2,便可使剝色率更佳。

英文摘要

The most commonly used in supercritical extraction is carbon dioxide, which not only has a series of advantages because the critical value is relatively low and easy to operate, but also has a series of advantages: chemical inactivity, not easy to react with the extracted solute, In this study, the feasibility of the peeling of blue and green polyester-stained fabrics under the supercritical carbon dioxide peeling settings is discussed, which is convenient for widespread use, and the results show that the temperature must be higher than 80 degrees C in the peeling treatment of polyester fabric, and under the same temperature conditions, the pressure increase can make the dye more easily dissolved in CO2, so that the peeling rate is better.
