本研究探討尼龍織物經阻燃劑及撥水劑加工後應用於帳篷之研究。使用不同濃度阻燃劑及撥水劑以壓力3kgf/cm²及2kgf/cm²進行壓吸。織物基重105g/m²阻燃劑濃度27%時經向碳化長度6.9cm,緯向碳化長度9.1cm,織物基重60g/m²阻燃劑濃度23%時經向碳化長度7.7cm,緯向碳化長度4.2cm,達到CNS10285A4合格標準。而撥水劑濃度提高會影響阻燃效果,當撥水劑濃度0.5%時,可達CNS10461撥水評級2級。
This study investigates the flame retardancy of nylon fabrics with flame retardant processing. The different concentrations of flame retardants and water repellents for pressure suction at a pressure of 3kgf / cm² and 2kgf / cm². When the flame retardant concentration is 27%, the damaged length is 6.9cm of warp and the damaged length is 9.1cm of weft at fabric weight 105 g/m², the flame retardant concentration is 23%, the damaged length is 7.7cm of warp and the damaged length is 4.2cm of weft at fabric weight 60 g/m², accomplish the CNS10285 A4 standard. Increasing the concentration of water repellent will affect the flame retardant effect. When the water repellent concentration is 0.5%, it reaches the CNS10461 water repellent rating level 2.
