中文摘要

台灣地區四面環海,國民生活與海洋、河川息息相關,游泳運動是大家所需的一項生活技能。本研究旨在了解游泳教學課程之家長參與動機、滿意度及忠誠度之影響。本研究採問卷調查法,有效問卷共計400份,並用單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本T檢定法及迴歸分析法進行分析。本研究發現:1.不同性別之家長對於參與動機的影響有顯著差異。2.在「游泳課教學進度適宜」方面上,不同家長年齡對游泳課教學進度適宜上有顯著差異。本研究建議:1.女性家長之參與動機大於男性,在推銷課程中應對男性家長更加詳細的解說,使他們參與動機提高。2.在「游泳課教學進度適宜」方面上,總教練應與該班教練討論每位學生的程度去因材施教,讓每位學員能擁有更好的學習。

英文摘要

The sea surrounds the Taiwan area, and the social life is closely related to the ocean and the river. Swimming is a life skill that everyone needs. The purpose of this study was to understand the impact of parental participative motivation, satisfaction, and loyalty in swimming teaching courses. This study is using a questionnaire survey method. There is a total of valid 400 questionnaires, and they analyzed by the ANOVA method, the independent sample T-test, and the regression analysis method. The study found that: First, parents of different genders have significant differences in the impact of participation motivation. Second, in terms of "appropriate teaching progress in swimming classes", there is a significant difference in the appropriateness of the teaching progress of swimming classes for different parents. The study suggests that: First, female parents are more motivated to participate than males. As a consequence, in the marketing course, male parents should be explained in more detail to increase their participative motivation. 2. In terms of "appropriate swimming teaching progress", the head coach should discuss the degree of each student with the class coach to teach students by their aptitude, so that each student can have better learning.
