本研究將建築物防火避難安全性能驗證導入BIM技術,建置以BIM輔助防火避難性能驗證之樣版,有助於防火避難驗證的準確計算,作為BIM與防火避難性能驗證全世界首次的初步整合。透過住商大樓之案例驗證確立其正確性,並討論BIM防火避難性能樣版提升驗證應用之優勢,得到以下研究結論:(1)提升防火避難安全性能驗證對空間尺寸掌握的精確度及使用者作業之便利性,未來結合BIM元件庫,置入建築防火避難性能驗證所需資訊屬性。(2)「BIM防火避難性能樣版」透過住商大樓之案例驗證,確認樣版可行性與正確性。(3)透過操作方式、檢測應用及呈現方式,說明建置之「BIM防火避難性能樣版」應用優勢及效益。

英文摘要

The research inducts BIM technology into the verification of the fire safety capability of a building to construct a template of verification for BIM-assisted fire safety capability, which will help in the accurate calculation of the verification process as the world’s first integration of BIM and fire safety capability verification. Through verifying examples of commercial-residential buildings, accuracy can be derived. Further discussion on the advantage of applying the BIM Fire Safety Capability Template (model) arrives at the following conclusions: (1) Enhancing the grasp on the accuracy of the specifications of a space and the convenience for the operator by using fire safety capability verification. Combining the BIM element database in the future to implement the necessary information features for fire safety capability verification. (2) Through case sample verification of commercial-residential buildings, the feasibility and accuracy of the “BIM Fire Safety Capability Template” can be corroborated. (3) The application advantage and efficacy of constructing the 「BIM Fire Safety Capability Template」 can be expounded by method of operation, testing application and presentation method.
