目的:探討消防人員之人口學特質、工作特性與職場疲勞的關聯。方法:本研究採取橫斷面設計,以成年消防人員為研究對象,使用自擬結構式人口學特質與工作特性問卷、哥本哈根疲勞量表中文版問卷,採取不記名方式進行資料收集。結果:總計233有份效問卷納入分析。男性佔8成以上、平均年齡為26-35歲之間,外勤佔大多數、隊員居多;勤休制度以勤二休一佔7成。職場疲勞各次量表的平均分數以個人疲勞為最高(48.69 ± 19.36),次之為工作疲勞(45.28 ± 21.31),最後為服務對象疲勞(40.66 ±19.96)。工作性質為外勤者的工作疲勞與服務對象疲勞平均分數比內勤高;職稱為隊員者的服務對象疲勞平均分數高於主管。勤休制度為勤一休一和勤二休一者的個人疲勞、工作疲勞、服務對象疲勞平均分數高於一般上班者。結論:工作性質、職稱、勤休制度是影響消防人員職場疲勞的因素。此研究結果可提供未來規劃消防人員健康促進活動之參考。

英文摘要

Objective: A study on the relationship among firefighters' demographics , work characteristics and workers' burnout . Methods: An anonymous cross-sectional design was adopted. We invited the firefighters who were more than 20 years old, certificated as firefighters to participate in this study. The self-developed structural questionnaire and the Chinese version of the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory questionnaire was used to collect data. Results: A total of 233 effective questionnaires were included in the analysis. The majority of the participants were males, 26-35 years old , staff and the 2-days-on 1-day-off schedule. The workers' burnout mean subscale score of Personal burnout was 48.69±19.36, work-related burnout was 45.28±21.31, and client-related burnout was 40.66±19.96. The average scores of workers' burnout and service burnout were higher for people whose work characteristics are fieldworkers than internal staff; the average score for service burnout of the persons with the title of staff was higher than that of the supervisor. Conclusions: The study found that the schedule of on and off duty, affiliation and job nature would influence the workplace burnout of firefighters . The research result can be instrumental in health promotion program of firefighters.
