中文摘要

氫氟酸在工業上使用廣泛,舉凡蝕刻、去污、除銹、清洗等作業都會使用。因為其腐蝕性的特質故有接觸性灼傷與鄰近組織壞死之危險性,與後續吸收滲透至深層組織,並影響相關電解質平衡而產生進一步危及生命的危險。而使用六氟靈能降低氫氟酸之腐蝕性及全身性傷害,故有文獻建議應做為去汙第一線使用,其可行性將在本篇文獻回顧中做討論。

英文摘要

Hydrofluoric acid is widely used in industrial operations such as etching, decontamination, rust removal and cleaning. Because of the harsh characteristics, there is danger of contact burns and necrosis of adjacent tissues. The subsequent absorption and penetration into deep tissues and bloodstream or other organs cause an increasing risk of toxicity and mortality. The decontamination usage of hydrofluoric acid for tissue corrosiveness and systematic toxicity of Hydrofluoric acid had been suggested as the first line in some papers recently. So, we intended to review its feasibility from current literature.
