研究指出,長期暴露於全身振動的環境下,人體脊椎與器官系統會因車輛震動而產生共振,造成脊柱退化、椎間盤突出、下背痛與坐骨神經痛等疾病。[2]暴露於全身振動所致腰椎椎間盤突出為我國表列職業病。全身振動暴露評估較為複雜,本文藉由一職業病鑑定案例,介紹全身振動所致腰椎椎間盤突出的職業暴露實務上的評估方法。
Study suggested that long-term exposure to whole body vibration cause human spine and organ system resonated with vehicle vibration, which will lead to degenerated spine, herniated intervertebral disk, low back pain, and sciatica. [2] Herniated lumbar intervertebral disk caused by whole body vibration is considered an occupational disease in Taiwan. The evaluation of whole body vibration is quite complicated. In this article, we take a case for example to introduce practical method for evaluating occupational exposure of whole body vibration.
