學校職涯輔導的重點，除了要讓學生完成就業前準備，可以在畢業後順利找到工作之外，更需要協助學生了解自身的職業適性，以後才可以找到穩定與適職的工作舞台。CPAS為日本東京大學伊藤友八郎博士發展之職業適性診斷測驗，旨在測驗個體的適職工作，分析中包含了十二項性格特質、五項工作類型、六項職場性格。本研究透過CPAS測驗探討某醫事科技大學在職業適性測驗的結果與職涯輔導策略，抽樣該校民生、護理、醫事三個學院936名學生進行CPAS測驗。結果顯示取樣之醫事科技大學，學生之持續性、挑戰性、行動性、柔軟性為前四優，符合在醫事相關工作内容所需特質。民生學院學生前四項特質為：挑戰性、行動性、持續性與柔軟性；護理學院學生前三項特質為：持續性、柔軟性與挑戰性；醫事學院學生前三項特質為：柔軟性、挑戰性與持續性。結論認為各學院學生特質符合醫事科技大學特質，透過特質分析亦可提供教學課程的規劃、科系目標建立與科系課外活動規劃之參考。

This study explores the characteristics of students in a Medical Technology University through a CPAS test and career coaching strategies. In this study, a comparative analysis of CPAS tests was conducted by sampling students from three colleges of a Medical Technology University in the southern Taiwan. Total of 936 samples were investigated. The study found that the top four characteristics of the students in the medical technology university are determined, challenge, execution, and flexible suitable for medical-related work. The top four characteristics of College of Human Life Science are: challenge, execution, determined and flexible; the three characteristics of College of Nursing are: determined, flexible and challenge; the top three characteristics of College of Medical Technology are: flexible, challenge and determined. Through the test, this study found that the characteristics of each college are in line with the characteristics of the Medical Technology University. The analysis can provide the suggestions for teaching preparation, the establishment of department goals, and the planning of extracurricular activities for the school.
