中文摘要

素養導向的教育是當前教育發展的重要趨勢,也是臺灣教育變革的重點之一,校長身為學校教育的領航者,亦需有所作為與因應,才能有助於教育改革的實踐。本文首先探討素養導向之校長領導的意涵與理念層面;其次,從領導作為及教學與課程領導兩方面,分別探討其所面臨的諸多挑戰為何;最後,就中央及地方政府提供中小學校長的支持系統進行整理與論述,包括個人辦學與領導需求、專業社群經驗分享以及制度面改善等。期許未來透過素養導向的校長領導,有利於真正落實十二年國民基本教育的精神,培育出具有核心素養的孩子,幫助其獲得適應現在生活及面對未來挑戰所需的知識、能力與態度,並能進一步關注學習與生活的結合,透過實踐力行,彰顯全人發展。

英文摘要

Competency-based education is an important trend in education development and one of the focuses of the current educational reform in Taiwan. As the leader of school education, principals also need to do something and respond to contribute to the practice of education reform. First of this study, discusses g the meaning and conceptual level of competency-based principal leadership; secondly, discusses the challenges they face from the aspects of leadership and instruction and curricular leadership; finally, discusses the support system of governments in k-12 school principals, including personal school management and leadership, professional community experience sharing, and system improvement. It is hoped that in the future, through the leadership of the competency-based principal, it will help to truly implement the spirit of the 12-year Basic Education, cultivate children with core competence, and help them acquire the knowledge, abilities and attitudes needed to adapt to current life and face future challenges. And can further pay attention to the combination of learning and life, and demonstrate the whole person development through practice.
