本文為原位乳管癌病人執行鋼針定位手術導引之個案報告，一般而言鋼針定位用於導引切片取出懷疑組織，取得病灶組織給病理科醫生作病理切片判讀，但此個案為原位乳管癌使用鋼針定位作手術導引，由於用4根鋼針做定位手術導引，並在無菌條件下全程需謹慎小心，因乳房可能有局部的短暫少量出血，本文提出之經驗分享供同業先進參考。

This is a case report of needle localization surgical guide for patients with Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), tradition needle localization use to biopsy, pathologist get pathological tissues to interpretation. This case is for DCIS with needle localization for surgical guidance, use four needles for localization surgical guidance and be cautious throughout the whole process under the aseptic conditions, because breast may have some local bleeding, we address this case report to the same trade for commenting.
