基於生產要求,部分磁性材料生產時常未具磁性,而是使用外部電路產生大電流,並感應出磁場,再對該材料成品進行磁化工作。因此本文即在研製充磁電路。本文是使用換流器電路輔以倍壓電路強化,以提高充磁電路之輸出電壓,再透過多模組之小電容切換方式,使得所提電路可以交錯放電,進而提高所提充磁電路之充磁電流。本文所提出方法已於實驗室建立一雛形電路,並利用該電路分別對待充磁之鐵氧磁石與後充磁型永磁馬達進行試驗,由實驗結果顯示本文所提方法確可順利對負載進行充磁。
To meet the application requirements, parts of the permanent magnets are not magnetized directly after production. They have to be magnetized afterwards by application of a high external field which can come from a magnetizer. Therefore, in this paper, a method based on the switching power circuit is proposed. In the method, the inverter is first included to generate a basic square voltage. A double-voltage circuit is then utilized to further boost this square voltage. This process is followed by using the modularization design of switching capacitors so that the proposed circuit can provide large magnetizing current to loads with the interleaving mode. To validate the effectiveness of the method, a prototype is set up in the laboratory. The hardware tests with the non-magnetic ferrite magnet and post-assembly Interior Permanent Magnet motors are made. Test results indicate that the proposed circuit can generate the required magnetizing current indeed.
