春秋戰國時期,禮壞樂崩,在既有體制的衰微下,墨家學派作深刻的反思與建構,其成員大多來自於庶民階層,並能切身體會民之所苦,故為政的視域皆以庶民之實存狀況為立足點。其論學宗旨首重實事求是,在經驗檢驗的辯證中,秩序的表現頗有中華古代政治之科學觀。又以其現實感號召墨者遊俠的凝聚緊密,組織出跨國守城的軍事救援行動,故在事功的展現上頗有成效。在這樣的親切中獲得民心所歸,成為春秋戰國的顯學,而本文將論及哲學、政治、軍事等。

英文摘要

The Spring and Autumn and the Warring States periods were eras of "collapse of traditional values and ethics". When the moral degeneration of society was getting serious, Mohism reflected on it deeply. Most members of Mohism were plebeians, meaning that they could acutely feel the pain and anguish of the grassroots of society. Therefore, Mohism’s governance was based on the people’s daily lives, and their purpose was to seek truth from practical and realistic facts. In the dialectical experience, Mohism’s governance, law, and order were just like the scientific views of ancient Chinese politics. Mohism tightly organized rescue operations in multinational states. Such tasks were beneficial in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. People trusted each other in a congenial environment, Mohism became famous in the Spring and Autumn and the Warring States periods. This article discusses Mohism’s philosophy, politics and military thought etc.
