目的 本研究旨在探討性侵害加害人處遇人員不同個人背景變項、對其工作壓力與情緒管理的關係,據以提供性侵害加害人處遇人員有效管理情緒以化解工作壓力之參考。
方法 本研究採問卷調查法,以衛生福利部中彰投地區衛生局從事性侵害加害人處遇人員為研究對象,收案共計110人。本研究工具採自編量表的「性侵害加害人處遇人員壓力與情緒管理調查問卷」,本量表共有﹕一、個人基本資料表;二、工作壓力量表;三、情緒管理量表等三部份;問卷擬定完成後,採用五位專家效度,加強問卷的正確性。資料收集在徵得符合收案條件之研究對象同意後填寫同意書,再開始進行施測,發出110份問卷,有效問卷98份,有效問卷回收率89.09%。並採用SPSS 17.0統計軟體進行資料分析,經t 檢定、迴歸分析與變異數分析對研究假設進行驗證。
結果 主要研究發現性侵害加害人處遇人員工作壓力之自我調適及自我期許皆會顯著正向影響情緒管理且具有預測力(路徑係數=0.672, 0.551, R2=0.477,p<0.05),其中工作壓力之自我調適預測力最強(R2=0.446, p<0.05)。
結論 本研究可瞭解性侵害加害人處遇人員工作壓力與情緒管理之關係,期作為日後在工作職場上,可能遭遇的工作壓力及其情緒管理,更加重視改善,進而提升處遇治療品質。

英文摘要

Purposes The purpose of this study is to explore how different personal background variables of professionals treating sexual offenders correlate with their work stress and emotion management, so as to provide a reference for professionals treating sexual offenders to effectively manage their emotions and resolve their work stress.
Methods In this study, the questionnaire survey method was adopted, and 110 people who treated sexual offenders in the Health Bureaus of the Taichung-Changhua-Nantou Region under the Ministry of Health and Welfare were enrolled as the research subjects. The research tool was a self-developed scale Questionnaire on Stress and Emotion Management of Professionals Treating Sexual Offenders. This scale consists of three parts: 1. a personal basic information form, 2. a work stress scale, and 3.an emotion management scale. After the questionnaire was drafted, five experts were invited to evaluate the validity, so as to enhance the accuracy of the questionnaire. For data collection, after consent was obtained from the eligible subjects, they were asked to fill in the consent form before starting the test. A total of 110 questionnaires were distributed, 98 of which were valid, so the recovery rate of valid questionnaires was 89.09%. The data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 statistical software, and the research hypotheses were verified by t-test, regression analysis, and analysis of variance.
Results The main finding of this study was that work stress and self-expectation of professionals treating sexual offenders had a significantly positive impact on their emotion management and had a predictive power (path coefficient=0.672, 0.551, R2=0.477, p<0.05), and the self-adjustment of work stress had the strongest predictive power (R2=0.446, p<0.05).
Conclusions This study provides an understanding of the correlation between work stress and emotion management of professionals treating sexual offenders. For the work stress and emotion management that may be encountered in the future workplace, it is hoped that more attention can be paid to improvement, so as to improve the quality of treatment.
