中文摘要

靜電紡絲用於空氣過濾材料上有極大的貢獻,尤其對PM2.5以下的微粒過濾效果特別明顯。參考以往文獻中有關空氣過濾材的測試方法發現,大部分都以固體鹽霧微粒子用來當作過濾效果測試的材料,但實際上霧霾中危害人體健康的成分是油性的氣膠微粒,這方面卻少有文獻資料是以液態氣溶膠(aerosol)作為過濾微粒來討論濾材的油霧過濾效果。因此,本實驗針對液態氣溶膠過濾效果為主要研究目標,以熱塑性聚氨酯(TPU)與聚醯胺(PA 6)為原料,再加入具有親油性的多元醇非離子界面活性劑,以靜電紡絲方式噴覆在熔噴不織布上,複合製成仿口罩結構之複合網,探討改變原料比例不同,利用梯度原理製作的三明治夾層及電紡條件的改變,對油霧性DEHS液滴微粒過濾效率與阻抗之變化做探討。

英文摘要

Electrospinning has a great contribution to air filter materials, especially for particulate filtering below PM2.5. According to the test methods for air filter materials in most of the previous literatures, most of them use solid salt spray particles as the material for the filtration effect test. In fact, the components harmful to human health in smog are oily aerosol particles. However, there are few literatures in this respect that really use aerosols (aerosol) as filter particles to discuss the effect of filter mist filtering. Therefore, this experiment aims at improving the filtration effect of liquid aerosols. It uses thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and polyamine 6 (PA 6) as raw materials, and then adds a non-ionic surfactant with a lipophilic property to electrospinning. Silk-like spray-coating on the melt-blown nonwoven fabric is compounded to form a composite mesh of a simulated mask structure, and the change of the ratio of raw materials, the use of gradient sandwiches and the change of electrospinning conditions are discussed. Make an in-depth discussion with the changes in pressure loss.
