中文摘要

以南部地區自來水公司員工對制服認知與工作效能相關之影響進行研究,透過問卷調查,進行數據統計分析有效問巻550份(90.16%)以PLS偏最小平方法(partial least square, PLS)統計分析,以探討不同員工之背景變項,在制服認知、工作效能等驗證組織制服認知對於工作效能與企業形象之影響,以及工作效能在制服認知與企業形象間是否扮演著中介效果,作為組織擬定發展策略之參考,期望藉由研究結果給予該公司作為對於企業組織體員工制服之分析有所助益,研究結果,(1)工作效能在制服認知對企業形象間具有部分中介效果分析,即制服認知可間接透過簡化工作效能程序提昇企業形象。(2)制服認知有助於提昇員工工作效能與企業形象,因此該公司應著重設計新穎合宜的制服,讓員工感受到專業自信,以提升員工工作效能,改變社會對自水公司的刻板印象提昇企業形象。

英文摘要

Enhancing work efficiency and building up corporate identity are two main goals for companies and organizations. In this study, Taiwan Water Corporation employees in the southern region preferred as the research objects to explore the correlations among employees' perception of uniform, job performance, and corporate reputation..After conducting a total of 610, the valid questionnaire is 550 (90.16%). The results are as follows: (1) Company reputation and recognition could be influenced by employees to wear a uniform.(2) Employees appearance more professional and confident with new and suitable attire, thereby enhancing their working attitude and effectiveness. This research will be helpful for the analysis of employee uniforms.
