本研究探討先在200倍率下量測竹節紗直徑，粗節在內外直徑量測下平均直徑皆大於理論範圍值，做內直徑使正常部位的平均直徑下降，細節部位在內外徑下皆大於正常部位的理論值，在量測中撚紋邊界不清且粗節有被毛羽遮蓋的現象。當放大至500倍量測後，粗節部位的外直徑在理論範圍值，而內直徑卻小於理論範圍，正常部位則是在內徑量測下為理論的1.04倍，細節在內直徑則是小於正常直徑，但粗節部位的外直徑變異值過大，以取中值後其變異率降低，但平均直徑卻低於粗節的理論範圍最低值，比較分析不均勻度振幅曲線圖後，細節量測直徑未低於-50％部分均未被統計。

The slub yarn diameter measured at 200 magnification. The average diameter of thick place is larger than the theoretical range. However, the average diameter of the normal place decreased. The theoretical values of the thin place are larger than the theoretical values of the normal place. In the measurement, the boundary of twist lines is not clear and the slub covered by hairiness. Used by magnification to 500 magnification, the outer diameter of slub is within the theoretical range. The inner diameter is smaller than the theoretical range, and in the normal place have 1.04 times of the theoretical value under the inner diameter measurement. The inner diameter of the thin place is smaller than the normal diameter. However, the variation of the external diameter of the thick place was too large the mean diameter, and was lower than the theoretical range of thick place. By obtaining the Uster tester tested curve, it found that many thin place less than 50％ have not measured.
