本實驗以分散性黃色241染料於超臨界CO₂中改變不同的壓力和溫度對聚酯纖維進行染色,並探討其表觀色力度值(K/S值)與染色堅牢度,進而找出最佳的染色條件,結果顯示在3625 psi壓力下染色溫度於70°C時即可染著,但其K/S值較最低,表示染料在超臨界CO₂中尚未進入聚酯纖維的內部,但隨著溫度升高時,K/S值便會隨之上升。在溫度120℃下染色時其壓力於2300 psi時就可染著,其K/S值也較低,表示染料在超臨界CO₂中溶解較少染料,隨著壓力升高時,K/S值隨之上升;綜合以上結果發現分散性黃色241於超臨界CO₂染色的最佳條件為溫度120°C壓力3625 psi。
In this experiment, the C.I. disperse yellow 241 was dyed in supercritical CO₂ with different pressures and temperatures to dye polyester fibers, and the apparent color strength value (K/S value) and dyeing fastness were discussed to find the best of the dyeing conditions. The results show that the dyeing temperature can be dyed at 70°C under the pressure of 3625 psi, but its K/S value is the lowest, indicating that the dye has not entered the polyester fiber in the supercritical CO₂ , but as the temperature increases, the K / S value will rise. When dyeing at a temperature of 120℃, it can be dyed when the pressure is 2300 psi, and its K/S value is also low, which means that the dye dissolves less dye in supercritical CO₂ . As the pressure increases, the K/S value rises accordingly. Based on the above results, it is found that the best condition for dyeing C.I. disperse yellow 241 in supercritical CO₂ is temperature 120°C and pressure 3625 psi.
