社會人口老化趨勢成為必然，本研究以使用與滿足理論為基礎，探究中國用戶中的老年人使用手機動機與成功老化的關聯。設計研究架構，採問卷調查法，於2019年2月至3月間以紙本問卷，由訪員親身面訪符合本研究的老年人。共回收205份有效問卷，通過SPSS 24.0統計軟體對數據進行信度檢定、描述統計、迴歸分析。研究結果顯示：（1）老年人使用手機的動機強度依次為社交、心靈、娛樂、健康層面。手機提供打電話的功能滿足老年人與他人聊天的人際交往需求。（2）老年人使用手機的社交動機對成功社會老化帶來最顯著的影響。

Aging problem has become inevitable around the world. Based on uses and gratification approach, this thesis attempts to study relations between mobile phone use motivation of the elderly and their successful aging in China. The conclusion that comes from the analysis of 205 effective questionnaires collected during February and March, 2019 by means of descriptive statistics, reliability test, regression analysis and SPSS 24 statistical software, shows that: (1) mobile phone uses motivation of the elderly ranked in order of priority is social interaction, spiritual satisfaction, entertainment, health. And the mobile phone provides the phoning service to meet the interpersonal communication needs of the elderly. (2) social interaction motivation plays the most important role in achieving successful aging.
