新近理論主張自我效能才是個體實現創造力的關鍵,陶藝拉坯頗適合施行替代經驗策略以激發自我效能提升創造力。研究目的為實驗替代經驗策略1.對造形創造力的成效影響,2.探索學習者看法,3.分析利弊。採不相等控制組設計準實驗研究法,陶藝成形技法課程各34名與35名學生為對照組與實驗組,實驗操弄為替代經驗策略。結論:替代經驗策略1.能正向提升造形創造力成效。2.彌補起點知能更有非同步學習優點,但無法取代技術實作。3.促進大膽回應、推升產出與變通創意之利,但亦可能有銘印效應之弊。建議技術教學實施替代經驗策略。

英文摘要

The new theory indicated that self-efficacy is the key to realize creativity, and the ceramic throwing technique is suitable for implementing the vicarious experience strategy to stimulate self-efficacy and enhance creativity. The purposes of the study are to experiment the vicarious experience strategy: 1. The effectiveness of form creativity, 2. to explore learners' views, and 3. to analyze the pros and cons. The study used the quasi-experimental research method of nonequivalent-control group design, and each 34 and 35 students of the ceramic forming technique course were compared with the control group and the experimental group, and the vicarious experience strategy was as the experiment. The conclusions are that the vicarious experience strategy 1. can positively improve the effectiveness of form creativity. 2. Not only to make up for the starting point of knowledge more asynchronous learning advantages, but cannot replace the technical practice. 3. There are advantages to promoting bold responses, boosting output and changing ideas, but there may are also drawbacks to the inscription effects. The suggestion is that the technique instruction should implement the vicarious experience strategy.
