對於美國而言，冷戰後所塑造的霸權地位，強調了經濟影響的重要性。然而近幾年來，中國大陸在經濟崛起的過程中，形成的挑戰者態樣，著實讓美國必須以不同的方式進行攻防。然而，現今對於霸權的定義，卻受到科技發展帶來的影響，有著與以往差異的解讀方式，無論是科學、經濟等不同領域的影響，都可能造成霸權地位的「被挑戰」結果。本文從美、中兩國在貿易戰中，最明確的通訊技術著手，從中國大陸所具有的頻譜規劃優勢為本，探討以此優勢挑戰美國霸權地位的可能性。

American hegemony formed after the Cold War stresses on the significance of economy. With China’s economic rise in recent years, the U.S. needs to respond different challenges from China. The current definition of hegemony is interpreted differently from how it was defined due to the development of technology. In fact, a country’s hegemony may be challenged by another country with rapid development of technology, economy and other fields. With the focus on communication technology in US-China trade war, the study discusses China’s possibility of challenging American hegemony by her strength of frequency allocation.
