本文以「東臺灣文學介入社會實踐的可能性」為題，結合臺東大學人文學院於2015年獲得教育部資訊及科技教育司「HFCC人文及社會科學知識跨界應用能力培育計畫」補助之「東臺灣飲食的文化觀察、批判與實踐：東大’avuwan灶咖的跨域創造」，檢視自2015年8月起，由公共事務與文化行政學系、華語文學系、美術產業學系及音樂學系四系所教師、助理和計畫經理組成的團隊，以及東大師生、業界講師、社區居民與部落族人，分別從不同的知識脈絡、專業分工、實作場域、生活現場，在「跨域創造」的過程中，相互協力、磨合、形塑出目前的「東大’avuwan灶咖」。其中，特別藉由「東臺灣文學」充分展現的「邊緣的異質性」，對「東大’avuwan灶咖」的過去、現在與未來，實可發揮那些在想像與實作之間的動能，作為本文關注探討的面向。

This essay is based on the topic and takes the “avuwan Project”, which was supported by “Ministry of Education Project of Cultivation of Humanities and Social Sciences Competetence in Interdisciplinary Field Application”(HFCC) in 2015, as the example. People includes teachers, assistants, project managers and students from Department of Public and Cultural Affairs, Department of Chinese Literature and Language, Department of Art industary, Department of Music in Taitung University, and other professional lecturers, community residents, and tribe people reviewed the “‘avuwan Project” through different contents of knowledge, professional divisions, practice fields and living areas when it started in May, 2018. They cooperated and overcame the run-in period in the process of “cross-domain creation” and finally formed the “‘avuwan” in Tatitung University. And, by the delicate heterogeneity of the eastern Taiwan literature, the essay also focuses on discussing the past, present and future of ‘avuwan that could be the energy between imagination and practical.
