中文摘要

由於全球暖化日益嚴重,如何有效提高能源使用效率,使其對環境破壞的影響降至最低,已成為當前世界各國至為關注的重大課題,其中又以加速建築節能為一開發重點。工研院中興院區10館在2011年推行「綠色低碳院區建置計畫」進行舊建築能源使用診斷與節能改造包括:節能空調系統、最佳化LED照明以及智慧能源管理平台等。本研究透過工研院中興院區10館改善前後各三年的用電度數及電費作比較分析,研究結果顯示該建築各項技術導入實際應用、已逐漸展現節能減碳效果,發揮綠色科技產業化功用及在用電度數、電費已達到顯著降低。所建立的建築節能改善技術與平臺,具有相當務實的經驗與能量,期能為企業量身打造最佳節能方案,積極協助企業落實環保節能的社會責任。

英文摘要

A growing awareness of global warming has drawn worldwide attention. How to increase energy efficiency in order to reduce the environment impact of energy consumption has become the globally issues. Speeding up energy efficiency for buildings are the key in the fight against global warming. The Building 10 in Zhongxing Campus of Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) was renovated with green energy technologies and devices self-developed by ITRI while the implementation of the “Green Campus Program in ITRI” since 2011. The program has diagnosed the energy usage of old buildings on the campus that included low energy consumption air conditioning system, optimizing LED illumination and smart energy management platform. This study compares the electricity consumption and electricity bills of the three years before and after the renovation improvement of the Building10. The research results show that the various technologies used in this building have demonstrated the benefits of the energy-saving and carbon emission reduction because of the significant decline of the electricity consumption and the green technologies commercialized application also been verified in the meanwhile. The practicality of the building energy efficiency enhancement technologies developed by ITRI. The implementation of the buildings energy-saving and corporate social responsibility for environmental protection of the enterprises could be benefited by this study.
