本研究利用MediaTek LinkIt 7697開發板、感測器和物聯網等技術開發一穿戴式裝置，同時並結合Android SDK開發年長者遠距照護App的年長者遠距照護系統。本系統所開發的年長者配戴穿戴式裝置搭載Wi-Fi和低功耗藍牙技術，以無線方式配戴移動或外出，自動蒐集周遭環境資料並同步至雲端。系統提供親友端能隨時透過App觀看年長者移動軌跡位置、求救訊號、健康分析建議等周遭環境資訊，亦可遠距遙控年長者家中的智慧電器，進而提供一個智慧化和行動化整合的遠距照顧服務系統。透過本研究所開發之App與穿戴式裝置結合的遠距照顧服務系統，讓在職親友能更簡單且便捷的方式隨時掌握年長者居家生活的生活習慣、健康狀況、生活環境及即時位置等，進而達到遠距照護完善之關懷與照顧。

In this study, we developed a wearable device using the MediaTek LinkIt 7697 development board, sensors and IoT technologies. An App of telecare system integrated with the above-mentioned wearable device is also developed for the elderly. The wearable device of this telecare system is equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology. It can record surrounding information, the location of the elderly and the health analysis data, so the elderly can just pair then by wireless and go out, and it will collect environmental data automatically and sync it to the cloud. The folks can use the telecare system’s App to do the caring things and they can also remote intelligent home appliances in the house. In this study, we provided a smart, mobile and integrated telecare service system. Through the combination of an App and a wearable device that have developed, the folks can notice the elderly's status in any place and time. Also, the elderly doesn’t need to face changes in their living habits, just wear on the Device, the telecare system is already turns on, and through the alarm of fall down, the folks will be notified at the first second. People won't miss the golden window of saving elderly anymore.
