台灣日漸邁入高齡化社會,醫療照護成為未來我國政策及醫療體系的重要發展方向。現有之生理量測儀器已具備無線傳輸介面,可以將測量所得之生理訊號傳輸至手機或電腦設備,再透過Wi-Fi或行動網路將生理資訊同步整合至雲端平台儲存管理,以便建置個人健康銀行。本論文提出一適用於銀髮族之居家雲端照護系統,實作開發的功能可分為三個部分:照護系統、徵兆異常預警系統及就診輔助系統。其中照護系統具有身份辨識功能、生理量測功能及資料上傳功能,徵兆異常預警系統具有生理量測資料預警功能,就診輔助系統具有生理量測資料讀取功能。根據世界衞生組織公佈之高血壓定義與分類以及行政院衛生署公佈之數據整理出量測標準值,將各徵兆分成低、中、高3個範圍,結合體溫、心跳、收縮壓、舒張壓及脈壓差5種徵兆之等級後加以分類。本系統的實驗設備包括一台搭載RFID Reader及RF Dongle之電腦、加上具有RF模組之體溫計與血壓機,以及採用Android平台之智慧型手機。並在此系統環境下進行生理量測,所得之結果皆會儲存於雲端伺服器。且針對量測結果亦應用模糊理論的歸屬函數進行分析計算五種徵兆等級。同時也加入MAF(Moving Average Function)方法可較準確地評估個人生理徵兆,再給予適當的建議,以照護銀髮族的健康。最後,期許本系統未來能實際應用於安養院、照護中心或獨居銀髮族,以提供便利的服務模式。

英文摘要

In Taiwan the rapid growth of elderly populations makes the issue of healthcare more critical than ever before. Physiological measurement devices with wireless transmission functions convey data in between the equipment and smartphones or computers. By synchronizing those data with the cloud platform by Wi-Fi, the personal health bank could be created. In this study, we aim to develop a cloud healthcare system especially for senior citizens. Three main sub-systems with complementary functions are included: healthcare sub-system, abnormal signs warning sub-system and auxiliary sub-system for treatment. The healthcare system contains human identification, physiological measurements and data uploading. We grade physiological measurement data into three levels: low, middle and high including the physical indicators of body temperature, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure based on the criteria from WHO and Department of Health. Our experimental instruments include a notebook computer with the RFID reader and RF dongle, an ear thermometer and sphygmomanometer with RF modules, and a smartphone with Android OS. Fuzzy theory and MAF (Moving Average Function) have been applied to calibrate the values collected from the devices. We envisage the concept of the cloud healthcare system would initiate and promote a new brand of sustainable healthcare solutions for the rapidly growing old generation people.
