「殺菌」與「抗菌」是疫情時代人人皆須面對之生活日常,除了勤洗手維護個人衛生,環境清潔也極為重要。然而,既有之殺菌方式存在著毒性、低生物相容性、耗能、低效率等問題。因此,開發低毒性、環保且能有效殺菌之技術進行環境清潔是一項重要的課題。本團隊將熱電材料、光/壓電材料、摩擦奈米發電機應用在殺菌,此三種裝置藉由收集環境中之溫度、光、機械能,產生電穿孔效應或產生活性氧物質之方式,達到殺菌效果。

英文摘要

“Disinfection” is crucial in our daily life, especially during this pandemic time. In addition to frequent hand washing to maintain personal hygiene, environmental cleanliness is also extremely important. However, traditional disinfection methods have drawbacks such as toxicity, low biocompatibility, energy consumption, and low efficiency. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop low-toxicity, environmentally-friendly and effective disinfection technologies. Our team utilizes thermoelectric materials, optical/piezoelectric materials, and triboelectric nanogenerators to fabricate different types of disinfection devices. These three devices achieve the disinfection effect by respectively converting temperature, light, and mechanical energy from the environment to produce electroporation or generate reactive oxygen species.
