以北市某醫學中心為例,民國100-105年拋棄式廢液收集器每年平均使用30,778個逐年攀升到52,039個,生物醫療廢棄物產量逐年增加,故由醫材督導長、手術室護理長、加護中心副護理長、職安室專員及醫工室工程師共同成立研發廢液收集器處理裝置,探討如何有效排空廢液收集袋內病人的血體液。故本研究採方法學研究之設計,以新型專利M573638廢液收集處理裝置技術介入,立意取樣選取於台灣北部某家醫學中手術室,比較新型專利M573638廢液收集處理裝置技術介入感染性廢棄物處理之成效。研究結果顯示109年感染性事業廢棄物平均4,250.36 kg,與108年平均5966.49kg,比較下降1,716.13kg,以統計無母數分析達顯著意義,以手術室為例感染性事業廢棄物清理費用每公斤約為38元,108平均每月平均感染性事業廢棄物5,966.49kg,處理費用為226,726.62元;109年感染性事業廢棄物平均4,250.36kg,清理費用為161,513.68元,手術室平均每月感染性事業廢棄物處理費用減少65,212.94元,新型專利M573638技術,確實可以減低感染可燃廢棄物產量,也減少了醫院的成本。

英文摘要

Take a medical center in Beishi as an example. From 2011 to 2016, this Suction Liner was used for collecting the biohazardous fluids, which used an average of 30,778 per year and climbed to 52,039. The head nurse, the assistant head nurse of the intensive care center, the occupational safety department commissioner and the medical engineer jointly established the research and development waste liquid collector treatment device to discuss how to effectively empty the patient's blood and body fluid in the waste liquid collection bag. Therefore, this research adopts the design of methodological research and uses the new patented M573638 waste liquid collection and treatment device technology to intervene. The intention is to select samples from a medical operating room in northern Taiwan to compare the effectiveness of the new patented M573638 waste liquid collection and treatment device technology to intervene in Biomedical waste. The research results show that the average Biomedical waste in 2020 is 4250.36 kg, which is a decrease of 1716.13 kg compared with the average of 5,966.49 kg in 2019. The statistical analysis of non-female numbers has reached significant significance. Taking the operating room as an example, the cleaning cost of Biomedical waste is about 38 yuan per kg. The average monthly average Biomedical waste is 5,966.49 kg, and the processing cost is 226726.62 NTD; in 2020, the average Biomedical waste is 4,250.36 kg, and the cleaning cost is 161,513.68 NTD. The average monthly Biomedical waste treatment cost in the operating room is reduced by 65212.94 NTD. The new patented M573638 technology can indeed reduce the output of Biomedical waste and also reduce the cost of the hospital.
