自19世紀後半開始,日本在臺灣統治期間,臺灣所生產的農產業發展出非常的多樣化。其中在農產品方面提升茶葉和米穀之生產,並對臺灣以外之各國展開大量的輸出;但農產品中,關於水果類的研究卻並不多。其中對於農產品中的柑橘類的販路,可說是幾乎未被受到關注。因此,本文企圖對臺灣產的農產品中的掛橘類多是輸往哪些國家作一分析。

英文摘要

Taiwan’s agricultural industry became highly diversified in the second half of the 19th century, during Japan’s occupation of Taiwan. We know that tea and rice were especially promoted and exported to many other countries. However, there have not been many studies made on fruit production during that period. Specifically, the cultivation and sales of citric fruits have been largely ignored. This article attempts to analyze the citric fruit production in Taiwan during that time, and the countries to which Taiwan’s citric fruits were exported.
