本研究以司徒達賢教授所創「策略矩陣分析法」探討單一個案公司之事業策略執行——以某不動產建設公司爲例，分析自2003年以來，因應產業環境變動，導致績效鈍化之原因。本研究對照個案公司前後階段策略執行營運績效，並選樣與同業比較分析，2013〜2017年個案公司在策略執行上呈現營運績效鈍化，包括獲利能力較差、投資報酬率虧損、經營保守狀態。接著，以「策略矩陣分析法」檢視個案公司的營運策略，歸納出四項策略執行績效鈍化的現象，分析提出八項經營績效鈍化的問題，進而研擬兩項針對未來階段的延續策略建議：穩定營收與獲利來源、貫徹發展產品創新之差異化，並據以進一步展開各部門配合對應的功能政策、行動方案及績效指標。相較於過去之SWOT分析、五力分析及商業模式圖等分析法，「策略矩陣分析法」對企業實務上策略制定與策略執行之檢核，能提供更具完整性、系統性及邏輯性的策略分析架構。以往「策略矩陣分析法」常被應用於解析協助策略制定與構想模組研擬，本研究貢獻在於將之應用於檢核策略執行過程中績效未達成效的原因。透過本研究提出完整的策略制定程序與策略執行內容之個案解析，不僅可做爲其他企業制定策略的參考，更可用於檢視策略執行的成效，對未來策略管理實務有顯著的參考價値。

This study adopts the “Strategic Matrix Analysis”, which is originally invented by Professor Dah-Hsian Seetoo, to deeply examine the business strategy implementation of a single case company in the construction industry. As the industrial environment has changed dramatically since 2003, the performance of the case company, compared with that of competitors, has shown relatively lower performance in terms of probability and the return on investment in the past three years. The implementation of strategies in different stages reveals its conservative business mentality. Therefore, by analyzing the strategy implementation of the case company with the <6Stra-tegic Matrix Analysis55, this study summarizes four issues of strategy implementation and identifies eight problems that resulted in the decline of business performance. This study proposes two future strategies to improve the performance: First, to stabilize the revenue and profit status; Second, to continue the differentiation strategy of product innovations. This study also develops the further functional strategies to implement the above two future strategies, covering the action plans that would be respectively undertook by functional departments. Compare to those analytical methods such as SWOT Analysis, Five Force Model, and Business Model Canvas Analysis, the “Strategic Matrix Analysis” is useful for the verification of business strategy formulation and implementation，providing a more comprehensive，systematic and logical framework for strategy analysis. This study contributes to strategic management by demonstrating that the “Strategic Matrix Analysis” can also be used to analyze the factors that fail to achieve satisfied performance of business strategy implementation. In addition, this study demonstrates a throughout process and complete content of reviewing strategy implementation, which is significant and valuable for strategic management in practice.
