本文敘述一位28歲男性病人因壓力過大濫用安眠藥物而住院，經醫護同仁悉心照護，而身體及心理得到成功恢復之經驗。2018年2月17日病人因服用過多安眠藥導致急性呼吸衰竭而住入加護病房，照護日期為2018年2月17日至2月22日，出院後筆者仍電訪至3月1日。筆者運用溝通、傾聽、會談方式收集發現病人有自主性呼吸障礙、情境性低自尊、個人因應能力失衡等護理問題，發現案父持續給予病人負面資訊及過大的壓力導致負向情緒及壓力因應失衡，筆者深入了解病人與案父之間的問題，引導雙方說出對彼此的想法，改善家庭間的溝通及互動，了解病人的壓力根源，並協助解決問題。增加病人自我認同，降低病人的負面情緒及緩解壓力並增加病人壓力因應能力。此病人之照護使我們了解先與病人建立良好的人際關係，主動關懷病人的問題，將會有助於病人身體及心理的恢復。

A 28-year-old male patient was hospitalized with impression of sleeping pill over-dose due to excessive stress. This report described our nurse care experiences in the successful cure of patient’s physical and psychological conditions. This patient was admitted to our intensive care unit (ICU) due to acute respiratory failure caused by excessive sleeping pills on February 17, 2017. Patient had received endotracheal intubation and respiratory support therapy. ICU colleagues at the beginning used communication, listening and talks to collect nursing problems. Through personal teaching of the pulmonary rehabilitation, the respiratory muscle strength wasin creased gradually. Eventually, the endotracheal tube was successfully removed on February 20 th . However, the father of the patient continuously gave the patient negative information which brought negative emotions to the patient and led into situational low self-esteem. Our health care professionals used active care anddis cussion skills to understand the problems between the patient and his father. Thus, Guided both parties to say what they think of each other. We have tried to improve communication and interaction among family members. We also tried to understand the source of pressure on this patient and resolve misunderstandings between the two parties. Besides, we made our effort in resolving patient’s problems and make. After our treatment, patient’s general condition improved very much. From the participation of the nursing care of this case, we have learned valuable experiences: establishing good interpersonal relationships with the case firstly and actively take care for the patient will be beneficial to the patient& physical and mental recovery.
