本文旨在關注箴言書首篇訓誨錄（1:8-19）所描繪的「惡人」形像，藉文學分析法與希伯來文釋經，以深入了解經文明顯或隱含呈現的惡人特徵，並從中汲取意涵。本訓誨錄包含父親、年輕人與「惡人」三個文學角色。「惡人」是一切作惡之徒的表型，他們不只為非作歹，也引誘人跟隨行惡。父親是全篇訓誨錄的教導者，警戒年輕人提防惡人。他從一位年長智者的視角刻畫惡人樣貌，並揭露虛謊背後的真相。他經由先建構再解構的顛覆手法，顯明惡人表裡不一的樣貌與似是而非的誘騙伎倆。研究顯示，本訓誨錄不謹教導躲避試探、遠離惡事的道德原則，也蘊含選擇智慧、敬畏耶和華的神學意義。

This paper focuses on the characterization of the “evil men” in the first instruction in the Book of Proverbs (1:8-19). The study uses literary analysis and an exegetical method to seek a deeper understanding of the evil men’s characteristics as presented explicitly and implicitly in the Hebrew text and to draw implications from that understanding. The instruction involves a father, a young man and “evil men.” Those “evil men” serve as a type representing all who practise evil and entice people to follow them. The father, the primary speaker throughout, warns the young man to be aware of the danger posed by them. He portrays them from the perspective of one older and wiser and exposes the reality behind their false blandishments. He warns his son against them by constructing and then deconstructing their deceptive attraction. The study shows that the instruction not only teaches moral lessons about resisting temptation and shunning evil but also carries theological significance about choosing wisdom and fearing Yahweh.
