民宿業是旅客住宿旅館之外的另一種選擇，然而，除了一般的房間與餐飲設備之外，旅宿業備品之提供和擺設的用心，通常也是消費者考量的重要因素。緣此，民宿業者在經營上的創新及用心，雖然加深住客在住宿期間的印象，但也易產生消費者將消耗性備品帶回家當成紀念品的誘因。本研究以觀光興盛的臺東地區民宿業者為對象，發現業者與消費者素質良莠不齊，故本研究採用文獻分析法和深度訪談法進行實際調查研究，先整理該地區合法民宿的數量，其次分別訪談備品供應商和民宿業者，進而分析民宿業消耗性備品供應和擺設。本研究著重掌握臺東地區民宿業在備品的供應商選擇考量因素和來源，備品的供應鏈管理，以及實際購買的交涉情形。本研究發現，民宿業備品供應商多是通過人與人之間的鏈結與介紹而進行合作，而經營者也會用心備品融入民宿的特色之中，除了備品的包裝外觀之外，擺放的位置和角度也是設計的重點。本研究雖以臺東地區民宿業為主要對象，但研究結果仍可做為民宿相關研究和多數民宿業者在實務操作上之參考。

B&B provides an alternative choice to hotel accommodations. B&B guests will notice the spirits in details, leaving deep impressions on them, as innovation on amenites, bring disposable amenites home as souvenirs. The study foresighted that there are many B&B’s in Taitung County, but they lack of the same quality in different aspects. In order to offer B&B’s in Taitung County a wide field of vision on the selection of amenity providers, supply chain management, negotiations and purchasing skills, literature analysis and indepth interview were conducted among legit B&B’s in Taitung County. The result shows that interpersonal communication among B&B owners played a key role in finding the right amenity supplier. We also noticed that owners put much effort on immersing their amenities, like considering packaging and placing, into B&B characters as a whole, and eventually these inspiration will bring uniqueness to quests experiences. The final results can be a reference to future studies and B&B’s practical operation.
