2020年面對新冠肺炎的來勢洶洶,教師、家長和學生們正重塑他們對於「學習」的認知,而位居教學第一線的教師們,遠距教學帶來前所未見的挑戰與種種問題,各科老師是否具備製作遠距教材的能力?是否熟悉遠距教學平台或工具的使用?是否知道如何調整學策略以適應遠距教學之需?為協助教師們能快速應用手邊唾手可得的各種工具和資源,以在最短的時間內做好教學準備。本文作者彙整過去文獻,並從學校教師的角度切入,提供有關「非同步」+「同步」教學策略的規劃與應用,以確保教師於課堂中的教學活動能如常地進行,且對於如何讓學生保有良好的學習態度及學習成效亦加以正視並著墨。

英文摘要

Under COVID-19 in 2020, teachers, parents and students are reshaping their perception of "learning". Distance teaching brings unprecedented challenges and problems to teachers who are at the forefront of teaching. Do teachers of various subjects have the ability to produce distance teaching materials? Are they familiar with the use of distance teaching platforms and tools? Do they know how to adjust teaching strategies to meet the needs of distance teaching? The author of the article summarizes the past literature and proposes some teaching strategies that can be quickly applied at your fingertips, and flexibly adjust teaching strategies to prepare for teaching in the shortest possible time. The teaching strategy planning includes the application of "non -synchronized" + "synchronized" teaching strategies. In addition to ensuring that the teaching activities in the classroom can be carried out as usual, the teaching strategies mentioned must also be taken seriously to ensure that students maintain a good learning attitude and learning effectiveness.
