缺血預處理 (ischemic preconditioning, IPC) 是指透過充氣壓脈帶對身體肢段反覆地加壓與洩壓,來達成血流阻斷與再灌流之情形。在運動前執行IPC 有助於促進有氧能力與耐力運動表現,而其下機制可能包括增加肌肉組織血液流量,改善肌肉收縮以及代謝功能。本研究透過相關文獻的搜尋與整理,探討IPC 對於不同有氧運動模式運動表現之影響及相關的可能生理機轉。綜合過去研究發現,在雙側下肢執行3-4 循環之IPC,並間隔0-90 分鐘後,可以增加最大攝氧量強度下之運動表現、延長固定負荷運動至衰竭的時間,以及增加阻力訓練的反覆次數,而其機轉可能為IPC 可以促進局部肌肉氧氣萃取的能力與提升肌肉攝氧動力,以及降低身體對於疲勞之感受度,進而提升高強度運動表現及運動耐受性。整體而言,在運動前進行IPC 是一項具有潛力提升耐力性運動表現與訓練效益的熱身策略。

英文摘要

Ischemic preconditioning (IPC) is performed by several repeated bouts of circulatory occlusion and reperfusion on the limbs by using the cuff from blood pressure measuring devices. IPC has been proposed to improve aerobic capacity and endurance performance. The mechanisms of IPC include the increased blood flow in muscle tissue, and the improved muscular contraction and metabolism capability. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of IPC on the performances during different aerobic exercise modes by collecting and analyzing previous studies. Previous results showed that 3-4 cycles of IPC on lower limbs with 0-90 minutes resting period leads to improve the exercise performance at maximum oxygen uptake, and prolong the time to exhaustion during constant-load exercise, as well as the increment of repetitions during resistance exercise. The underlying mechanisms for improving high-intensity exercise performance and exercise tolerance might associated with the improved oxygen extraction and kinetics in affected muscles, and decreases in rating of perceived exertion during exercise. Overall, IPC before exercise might be an appropriate passive warm-up strategy that has the potential to improve endurance performance and training adaptation.
