本計畫為一山域事故用之尋困系統,開發範圍包含無人機、無人機控制、登山證、地站控制、加密等軟硬體系統開發,解決傳統山難系統或直升機需要高成本建置、維護費、搜尋風險及成本。山難者手持LoRa之登山證,可於危難時啟動救難鍵。無人機由地面站出發,以最高100 km/hr的速度進入山區,並以半徑(70+4) km進行搜索登山證訊號,接收訊號後通知山難者原地等待,並回傳山難者座標。無人機系統整合GPS導航、地圖圖資、排程式巡邏模式,能夠在不受可視度影響下飛行。本計畫成品能夠大幅減少搜救人員風險,且降低搜救成本,並運用於國際各山域或海域事故防範上。

英文摘要

This project is a patient-seeking system for accidents in a mountain area. The development scope includes the development of software and hardware systems such as unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned aerial vehicles control, climbing permits, ground station control, encryption, solving traditional mountain disaster systems or helicopters that required high-cost construction, maintenance fee, search risk and cost, etc. People in mountain accidents holding a LoRa mountaineering pass can activate the rescue button in times of crisis. The drone departs from the ground station, enters the mountain at a speed of up to 100 km/hr, and searches for the mountain pass signal with a radius of (70+4) km. After receiving the signal, it informs the mountain-distressed person to wait in place, and returns the mountain-distressed coordinates. The UAV system integrates GPS navigation, map data, and program patrol mode, so it can fly without being affected by visibility. The finished product of this project can greatly reduce the risk of search and rescue personnel, and reduce the cost of search and rescue, and is applied to the prevention of accidents in various mountain or sea areas.
