伴隨著科技的發展,居家工作不再受限於外在環境的限制,大幅度降低障礙者就業困境。研究者採立意兼滾雪球的抽樣方法,深入訪談障礙者居家工作經驗。研究者從增強權能與自我決策的觀點出發,歸納整理13位障礙者訪談資料發現,在個人層面,居家工作幫助障礙者提升個人的自我決策能力,例如,經濟與時間管理的獨立性、增強權能、自我調節與自我瞭解。在家庭層面,有助於障礙者看見自己有給予與接受的能力,重新平衡家人給予與接受的權力關係。在人際關係層面,障礙者居家工作的增強權能,有助於既有的社會網絡連結,增加同事間的跨界合作與支持,增加社會參與,拓展社會網絡。

英文摘要

With the continual development of science and technology, working from home is no longer restricted by the external environment, which greatly reduces the difficulties of the disabled employees. The researchers used purposive and snowball sampling methods, and in-depth interviews regarding the home employment experience of people with disabilities. From the perspective of empowerment and self-determination, the researchers summarized the interview data of 13 people with disabilities. This study found that at the personal level, working from home helps people with disabilities improve their self-determination capabilities, such as economic and time management independence, psychological empowerment, self-regulation and self-understanding. At the family level, working from home helps people with disabilities to recognize their ability to give and take, thereby rebalancing the power relationship between family giving and taking. At the interpersonal level, working from home helps people with disabilities maintain their original social network connection, increase the cooperative relationships with colleagues and social participation, as well as expand the social network.
