中文摘要

本研究旨在瞭解當前臺灣輔具資源中心成員組織信任、知識分享與服務創新的現況和關係。採用問卷調查法進行普查,以全臺灣輔具資源中心專業團隊為對象,運用積差相關與偏最小平方法結構方程模式等進行統計分析,並做出以下研究結論:一、輔具資源中心成員在組織信任、知識分享、服務創新效能的現況為中高程度;二、輔具資源中心成員在認知組織信任、知識分享與服務創新三者間具正相關;三、輔具資源中心成員之組織信任對知識分享與服務創新影響有顯著直接效果,知識分享對服務創新亦有顯著直接效果;四、輔具資源中心成員之組織信任可透過知識分享的中介作用,間接正向影響服務創新。最後根據研究結論進行後續建議。

英文摘要

This study aimed to investigate the current situation and relationships of organization trust and knowledge share toward the effectiveness of service innovation in assistive technology resources centers. The study used product-moment correlation and partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling to carry out statistical analysis. The mediating effect of knowledge share, organization trust showed indirect, positive impact of service innovation in assistive technology resources centers. The full-time staff in assistive technology resources centers showed: (1) organization trust, knowledge share, and service innovation were in middle-high level; (2) correlations among organization trust, knowledge share and service innovation were significant and positive; (3) Organization trust had significant and direct effect on knowledge share and service innovation, knowledge share also had significant and direct effect on service innovation; (4) by means of the mediating effect of overall knowledge share, organization trust showed indirect, positive impact on service innovation. Based on these conclusions, we also made the follow-up recommendations.
