中文摘要

台灣西南部地區泥岩分佈區域約有1400 平方公里,由於夏秋兩季颱風、豪雨甚多,沖刷嚴重,形成泥流, 到處流竄,造成人們生命財產安全受到威脅,因此如何減少泥岩邊坡的沖刷,乃當務之急,刻不容緩。本研究利用鹼活化技術激發水淬爐石粉之膠結能力,第一階段無機聚合物膠結料製作,其試拌配比(1)鹼當量(AE)設定為6%、8%及10% (2)鹼模數比(MS)設定為1.0、1.5及2.0 (3)液膠比為1.67、1.25、1 等調配,再進行一系列試驗, 並選出適當配比製作成無機聚合物膠結料。第二階段為泥岩護坡材料製作,以最佳配比作為膠結料,再以沖刷後泥岩粉當成填充料,其試拌配比為(1)鹼當量(AE)設定為6%、8%及10% (2)鹼模數比(MS)設定為1.5 (3)液膠比為0.8、1.0、1.2,(4)骨膠比為3 、4 及5,並澆置成5cm*5cm*5cm 試體,並養治3 天、7 天及28 天再進行一系列試驗並探討其工程性質。試驗結果顯示:(1)水淬爐石粉無機聚合物膠結材其凝結時間隨鹼當量增加而縮短,亦隨液膠比下降而縮短;(2)水淬爐石粉無機聚合物膠結材抗壓強度隨鹼當量增加而增加,亦隨著液膠比下降而增加;(3)泥岩護坡材料吸水率隨鹼當量增加而增加,亦隨骨膠比增加而增加。(4)泥岩護坡材料當鹼當量6%,鹼模數比1.5,液膠比0.8 及骨膠比5 為最佳配比。

英文摘要

The mudstone distribution area in Taiwan southwestern is about 1,400 square kilometers, due to typhoons and heavy rain in summer and autumn, the erosion is serious, forming mud flow, flowing everywhere, causes people's lives and property to be threatened, therefore, how to reduce the erosion of mudstone slopes is a matter of urgency and urgent. In this study, the alkali activation technology was used to stimulate the cementing ability of the slag powder. The first stage of geopolymer binder production, its trial mixing ratio: (1)Alkaline equivalent (AE) is set to 6%, 8% and 10%(2) The alkali modulus ratio (MS) is set to 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0(3) The liquid binder ratio is set to1.67, 1.25, 1 etc. then conduct a series of tests, and select a appropriate ratio to make geopolymer binder. The second stage is the production of mudstone slope protection materials, with the best ratio as the binder, The mudstone powder after scouring is used as filler, and its trial mixing ratio is: (1) Alkaline equivalent (AE) is set to 6%, 8% and 10%(2) The alkali modulus ratio (MS) is set to 1.5,(3)The liquid binder ratio is set to0.8, 1.0,1.2, (4) The aggregate binder ratio is 3, 4 and 5 ,and cast into 5cm*5cm*5cm specimen, and curing 3 days, 7 days and 28 days and then conduct a series of tests and discuss the engineering property. The test results show: (1) The setting time of the geopolymer cementitious material of slag powder decreases with the increase of the alkali equivalent, and also decreases with the decrease of the liquid-to-binder ratio; (2) The compressive strength of the geopolymer cementitious material of slag powder increases with the increase of the alkali equivalent, and also increases with the decrease of the liquid-to-binder ratio; (3) The water absorption of mudstone slope protection materials increase with the increase of alkali equivalent and also increase with the increase of aggregate binder ratio; (4) Mudstone slope protection materials when the alkali equivalent is 6%, the alkali modulus ratio is 1.5, the liquid binder ratio is 0.8 and the aggregate binder ratio 5 is the best ratio.
