2013年11月30日臺灣18個宗教團體聯合舉辦了大遊行，反對各種「毀家廢婚」的「多元成家」草案。扮演主要組織者與論述提供者角色的臺灣基督宗教團體，似乎打贏了一場聖戰。但是遊行前後，教會內部出現了不同的聲音，多數媒體和社會大眾更是質疑基督教會的愛心是否口惠而不實？本文從新福音神學、社會心理、與法律政治的角度，檢驗了德國模式「雙軌制」的《同性伴侶法》，提供一個雙方都可能接受的和解方向，以平衡基督宗教對於傳統家庭倫理的堅持、同性戀對於家庭制度的社會心理需要、以及國際民主政治和法律對於同性戀家庭權重視的趨勢。

On November 30, 2013, eighteen Taiwanese religious groups organized a mass demonstration to oppose legislative bills regarding various family types that were deemed to destroy traditional family and marriage institutions. As the movement’s major organizers and proponents, Taiwanese Christian groups seemed to have won the crusade. However, before and after the demonstration, there were debates within churches, while most media outlets and the public called into question Christian churches’ compassion, asking whether it was just empty words. This paper takes stock of neo-Evangelical theology, social psychology, and legal-political analysis to examine the “dualtrack” German model of “Registered Same-Sex Partnership Law,” which may provide a direction for reconciliation between the two sides. It may help to balance Christian insistence on traditional family values, same-sex partners’ socio-psychological demands for family protection, and global trends in providing democratic and legal protection of family rights for same-sex partners.
