儘管在不同學校教育階段,家長參與對於子女學業成就均能產生正向的效果,但隨著子女就讀年級或學校教育階段升高,家長參與的質與量卻逐步減少或改變。有鑑於高中學生家長的教育參與較少受到關注,本文從釐清家長參與的概念著手,接著介紹高中學生家長參與的相關理論,再梳理相關的研究發現,據以說明適性發展的家長參與之重要性,期能有助於呈現家長參與的完整面貌。

英文摘要

Parent involvement has benefited their children’s school learning across different grade levels. However, the quantity and quality of parent involvement usually declines or change following their children getting older. Parent involvement during high school has received less attention so far. This article aims to explore the conceptual, theoretical, and research dimensions of parent involvement, especially in grades 10 to 12, and then emphasizes the importance of developmentally appropriate parent involvement.
