偏遠地區學校與社區關係緊密,為突破人力、經費和環境限制,常結合社區資源創造辦學特色,為偏鄉教育開拓新天地。偏遠學校與社區的關係,應是資源共享、互為服務、相互扶持的夥伴關係,更要成為休戚與共、共生共榮的生命共同體。偏遠學校的社區經營,應結合校園社區化政策並善用偏遠學校特色。偏遠學校特色有五項:一、學校小而美,利於教育推展;二、教育具挑戰,發展豐富多元;三、學校是社區重心,關係密切;四、社區人文薈萃,易塑在地文化;五、學校環境生態自然,適宜探索。偏遠地區學校的社區經營,可從下列五方面著手:一、成為社區文化與發展的中心;二、學校與社區共創優質偏鄉教育;三、結合社區資源發展特色教育;四、運用在地文化拓展國際教育;五、營造社區文化特色的校園環境。讓偏遠學校以社區為榮、偏遠社區以學校為傲。偏遠學校與社區,就是彼此的活水源頭,只有共生共存,孩子才能在家鄉的懷抱中快樂成長!

英文摘要

Schools in remote areas have a close relationship with communities. In order to break through manpower, funding and environmental constraints, they often combine community resources to create school-running features and open up new horizons for rural education. The relationship between remote schools and communities should be a partnership of resource sharing, mutual service, and mutual support, and more importantly, a life community that shares weal and woe, coexistence and prosperity. The community management of remote schools should integrate the campus communization policy and make good use of the features of remote schools. There are 5 features of remote schools: (1) The school is small and conducive to the promotion of education; (2) Education is challenging and rich in development; (3) The school is the focus of the community and is closely related; (5) The school environment and ecology are naturally suitable for exploration. The community management of schools in remote areas can start from the following five aspects: (1) Become the center of community culture and development; (2) Schools and communities create high-quality rural education; (3) Combine community resources to develop featured education; (4) Use local culture to expand international education; (5) Create a campus environment with community cultural features. Let remote schools take pride in their communities and remote communities take pride in their schools. Remote schools and communities are the source of each other’s living water. Only by coexisting and live together can children grow up happily in the embrace of their hometown!
