法家學派的作品是專門寫給政治家之國策。諸葛亮是中國歷史上的「千古一相」，他精通先秦政治思想，在學以致用下進而砥礪出卓越品格。而在文獻探討中，我們發現諸葛亮深通法家學派的知識與技能。因此本文即是探究法家學派對諸葛亮的影響。也可以看出法家學派在「聖君賢相」的中華文化中擔任重要的角色。

The works of the Legalist School were national policies specifically written to the statesmen. Zhuge Liang was the “rare prime minister” in Chinese history. He was proficient in pre-Qin political thought, and he cultivated outstanding character by applying what he had learned. In literature review, we found Zhuge Liang had a deep understanding of the Legalist School’s knowledge and skill. As a result, this paper discussed the influence of the Legalist School on Zhuge Liang. Furthermore, this article pointed out that the Legalist School played an important role in the Chinese culture of “sage emperors and virtuous prime ministers.”
