特殊需求幼兒家長在幼兒發展上扮演了舉足輕重的角色,若可瞭解家長之壓力來源為何,其與親職效能感之關聯為何,便可擬定相關因應策略。因此文中將探討親職壓力及親職效能感之意涵與相關影響因素,並以筆者實務經驗為例,提出建議作法,以期改善家庭功能並促進幼兒發展。

英文摘要

Families of young children with special needs play a crucial role in early childhood development. Determining the sources of parenting stress and the correlation between parenting stress and self-efficacy can aid in the establishment of coping strategies. Accordingly, this paper discusses the concepts of parenting stress and parenting selfefficacy, with the author’s practical experience serving as an example, and offers suggestions to improve family function and promote early childhood development.
