本研究旨在了解幼兒園正向教育指標並發展正向教育量表。本研究以幸福五元素為基礎架構,構建包括六大向度之正向教育評估指標和量表,並整合過去分散於不同研究之指標,擬訂初步的幼兒園正向教育指標。首先,進行專家審查建立內容效度,據以編製預試問卷;繼而,進行兩次預試並蒐集有效分析資料,透過結構方程模式(SEM)考驗,確認具有良好信度與效度之指標,完成正式量表之編製;最後,進行量表的正式施測,以707位公立幼兒園之教保服務人員為樣本進行探析。本研究有助於園方推動正向教育,讓正向教育融入幼兒的生活與學習中,促進幼兒心理健康、幸福成長。

英文摘要

The study aims to identify the indicators as well as scale of positive education of preschool. Based on PERMA as framework, the initial indicators of six dimensions scale are collected from relevant literature. Content validation is performed and the scale is finalized after the revisions according to the results from two pre-test questionnaires, including six dimensions with 26 indicators. The scale, confirmed by SEM, has good reliability and good construct validity. Finally, the study conducted the measurement with the scale and collected a sample of 707 preschool educators in public kindergartens. The results provide guidance to improve positive education of preschool.
